Resident Evil 3 Remake - How to Farm Assault Rifle/Handgun Kills

After beating the game once, you will gain access to the Bonus Shop where you can spend points to get infinite ammo weapons and other perks. Farming a certain amount of kills will unlock a Record and earn points to spend. For the Assault Rifle Record, you will need a total of 400 kills WITH an Assault Rifle. For the Handgun Record, you will need a total of 200 kills WITH a Handgun. This is best attempted on ASSISTED Mode since difficulty plays no part in the amount of points earned. The farming spot is located in the "Lobby" of the Spencer Memorial Hospital as Carlos when you have to place the Detonator AFTER defending Jill and Tyrell. Remember do NOT place the Detonator (you will not need to save here as the game will autosave). Infinite ammo weapons will work best here (you can do without) as enemies will continue to respawn for several minutes. Once enemies have stopped respawning or if you run out of ammo, open the Pause Menu and reload your autosave. Rinse and repeat until the Record is unlocked (the achievement will not pop up unless you directly go into the Records Menu so check it often).
