A North Korean soldier who have defected throughout the demilitarized area has had his escape caught on camera. Dramatic video footage of a North Korean soldier’s defection has been unveiled displaying him racing through the border under fire through former comrades, and after that becoming taken away to safety through South Korean soldiers The video footage also revealed a North Korean guard quickly crossing the border within hot quest before retreating - an occurrence the US-led United Nations Command (UNC) described as a serious infringement of the 1953 ceasefire which ended Korean War hostilities. The soldier defector was shot a minimum of five times in his desperate escape bid at the Panmunjom truce village on thirteen November and has been getting back in a South Korean hospital.
