TUNA SALAD 🍣✨ Ingredients: 4 5oz cans tuna in water 1-2 medium stalks celery (40-80 g) finely chopped 1/4 cup red onion (28 g) finely chopped 4-5 baby dill pickles chopped 1/2 cup miracle whip (120 g) or mayo 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt (113 g) salt and pepper, to taste 1-2 tbsp dill 1-2 tbsp chives Instructions: 1. Open and drain the cans of tuna, getting as much water out as you can (important or it will be soggy). Add to a mixing bowl. 2. Add celery, onion and pickles. Roughly chop the fresh herbs and add in along with the miracle whip (or mayo), yogurt, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir until combined. 3. If time allows, let this sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving to chill and let flavors develop.
