Victoria Smith 📖 Scripture Reference: Mark 10:46-52 "And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, 'Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!'" – Mark 10:47 (NKJV) 📝 Bartimaeus, a blind beggar, hears that Jesus is passing by and cries out, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" Though many try to silence him, he calls out even louder. His persistence moves Jesus to stop, and because of his faith, he receives his sight. Just as a fountain continually flows, God’s mercy and power are always available, but we must call on Him in faith. Too often, we wait until the battle is over to praise Him, but true faith shouts in advance. Jesus is passing by—don’t let the moment slip away.
