'HUMILIATING!' - MPS GROAN as Starmer DESPERATELY justifies defence spending delays at PMQs

Kemi Badenoch has taken aim at Keir Starmer over his failure to publish a key defence plan during a Commons clash. The Labour leader was quizzed about the Defence Investment Plan, which has been delayed and is supposed to set out how the government will provide the funding the armed forces need. But Sir Keir failed to tell the Commons if the "full plan" will be published this week when pressed by Mrs Badenoch. When the Prime Minister failed to confirm this, the Tory leader said "that sounded like a no". Sir Keir has faced Mrs Badenoch at the Despatch box as chaos rocks Northern Ireland. Masked thugs on Tuesday night forced some people to flee their homes, and multiple cars and homes were set alight in the disorder after a knife attack in the north of the city on Monday.
