It’s been nearly three years since Apple TV+ debuted the first season of its hit show Severance. With Season 2 set to debut on January 17th, 2025, now is the time to refresh your memory on what happened with the innies and outies in Season 1. This recap looks at each of the refiners from MDR. Dylan G. (Zach Cherry), Helly R. (Britt Lower), Irving B. (John Turturro), and Mark S. (Adam Scott) grow suspicious of Lumon and start to wonder why they can’t know more about what they do all day. Mark’s outie also starts to sour on his decision to become severed and meets a former colleague who had attempted to reintegrate his innie and outie. Mark still hasn’t recovered from losing his wife suddenly two years ago and has no idea his innie has seen her at work and believes she’s alive.
