If you can spare a couple of hours every month or so can you give Jenny Jack a call on 07957 598248 or via email on [email protected] and she can give you a little overview and add you to the current rota. Confirmation 2021 Prior to the pandemic a number of people started a confirmation course, we now have a date for the confirmation in Epping on 31st October at 4pm. I will be in touch with all the candidates who have started the course to finish the outstanding session, but please put the date in your diary. If you haven’t yet started the course and wish to be confirmed, please have a word with Chris. Last Wednesday he attended a special service to mark his graduation. If you would like to take part in this course and want to know more have a word with Sam RP or Chris. Liz Gloyn Whilst most of us having spend the last 18months spending time in lockdown, Liz has been exploring her vocation to be ordained. We are pleased to announce that Liz has been recommended to train has a Priest in the Church of England. She intends to continue in her life as an Academic in the Royal Holloway Classics department but also be a Priest in Secular employment. She will begin training in September 2022 and will in time begin to a more active role in leading worship at St John’s.
