GET YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GAME PLAN HERE: https://beacons.ai/chikangel8 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keto Creamy Prawns with Cauliflower Mash and Air-Fried Greens (3 Servings) Ingredients • Prawns: 450g prawns, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic cloves (minced), 1/2 cup cream, chicken stock , 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt, pepper, Italian herb. • Cauliflower Mash: 500g frozen cauliflower, 5 tbsp cream, salt, pepper, garlic. • Greens: 300g broccoli or green beans, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper. Instructions 1. Make the Mash: Cook frozen cauliflower in boiling water until tender (8-10 mins). Drain well, then blend with cream, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth. Bake in oven at 180°C for 20 minutes 2. Cook Prawns: Sauté prawns in butter until pink. Add garlic, cream, broth, paprika, salt and pepper. Simmer 3-4 mins. 3. Air-Fry Greens: Toss greens with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 mins. 4. Assemble: Plate the cauliflower mash in meal prep containers , top with creamy prawns, and serve with air-fried greens. --------------------------------------------------- Loaded Keto Taco Bowl with Homemade Tortilla Chips Ingredients • Tortilla Chips: 1 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 large eggs, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp warm water • Taco Meat: 450g ground beef, 2 tbsp taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water • Toppings: Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado slices, sour cream, salsa • Optional Garnish: Fresh cilantro, lime wedges Instructions 1. Make the Tortilla Chips: • Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add eggs, olive oil, and water to form a dough. • Roll dough air fry at 180°C for 4 minutes on each side (or bake at 200°C for 7 minutes) until crisp, then cut into pieces . 2. Cook the Taco Meat: • Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened. 3. Assemble the Bowl: • Place tortilla chips in a bowl. Top with taco meat, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado slices, sour cream/salsa. 4.
