Adoration and Noon Daily Mass (Tuesday, November 17, 2020)
Join the CIC for weekday Eucharistic Adoration starting at 11:00 AM ET to pray for our country in these difficult times. Fr. Joe Ruisanchez offers Mass for the Memorial of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, Religious at 12:00 PM ET. You can follow along with today's readings here: http://usccb.org/bible/readings. Reflection on Saint Elizabeth of Hungary: Elizabeth understood well the lesson Jesus taught when he washed his disciples’ feet at the Last Supper: The Christian must be one who serves the humblest needs of others, even if one serves from an exalted position. Of royal blood, Elizabeth could have lorded it over her subjects. Yet she served them with such a loving heart that her brief life won for her a special place in the hearts of many. Elizabeth is also an example to us in her following the guidance of a spiritual director. Growth in the spiritual life is a difficult process. We can play games very easily if we don’t have someone to challenge us. text adapted from Franciscan Media To receive notifications of all our upcoming weekday Mass livestreams or events, be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel by clicking the red 'SUBSCRIBE' button as well as the 'bell' notification icon. —————————YOUR PRAYER INTENTIONS Let Fr.
