Watch now and let Chef Ranveer Brar guide you through creating crispy and flavorful falafels with a healthier twist! #falafel #airfryerrecipes #philipsairfryer ------------------------------------------------- Falafel Recipe in Air Fryer by Chef Ranveer Brar Preparation time: 10 minutes Preheat time: 5 minutes at 180°C Cooking time: 10-12 minutes at 185°C (6 minutes at 185°C & 6 minutes at 200°C) Serves: 2 Ingredients For Falafel 1 cup Chickpeas (soaked for 8-10 hours) 10-12 Garlic cloves Salt to taste 2 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed 2-3 Green chillies, broken into half ⅓ cup Coriander leaves ½ tbsp white Sesame seeds, toasted 1 tsp Cumin seeds For Dip 1 cup Hung curd ¼ cup Mayonnaise 2 tsp white Sesame seeds, toasted 1 ½ tsp Black peppercorns, crushed 1 tbsp Lemon juice Salt to taste 6-7 Garlic cloves, minced Other Ingredients Oil (optional & brushing) For Garnish Coriander sprig Green chillies Process For Falafel In a bowl, add chickpeas, garlic, salt to taste, black peppercorns, green chillies, coriander leaves, white sesame seeds and cumin seeds. Transfer it to a Philips mixer grinder jar and grind it coarsely. Scoop out with the help of a scooper or give any desired shape. Preheat the airfryer 5 minutes at 180°C. Place the falafel into the airfryer and cook it for 6 minutes at 185°C. Apply oil and further cook it for 6 minutes at 200°C. Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig. Serve hot with prepared dip. For Dip In a bowl, add hung curd, mayonnaise, white sesame seeds, black peppercorns, lemon juice, salt to taste, garlic and mix it well.
