580lb deadlift for 3 dead stop reps
yeah so that 3rd rep where you see me about to pull it then i reset.. its cuz i forgot how to breathe for a second lol :P i was breathing out and about to pull and i was like hold the fuck up i need to take a damn breath lol. Anyways this was very easy feel like i could have pulled it 5 more times lol. Leaving some in the tank for a new one rep max in a few weeks :)
