It’s my birthday 😝 celebrating 44 years of life and all that it means, good bad, ups downs and all the in between. My life is hard. I’ve experienced an amount of loss no one should ever have to go through. But I’m here. Despite everything I show up every day — in whatever form I can manage to pull together. Makeup, no makeup, exhausted, energetic, depressed, motivated, unmotivated — definition of no bones days some days lol. So that’s what I think my advice maybe boils down to. Show up. The people who deserve you will understand you and appreciate you. If someone says you’re too much, or too loud, not enough, they’re not your person. That said — be kind and don’t hurt people. Being yourself isn’t an excuse to be an assh0l3. 💜 exact opposite in fact. Love you all and appreciate the time and energy you spend with me. I hope I make you smile and make you feel good. You’re awesome and amazing. You’re enough. On any day, you’re enough as long as you show up and try. 💜 some days that might mean laying in bed on your phone or sleeping.
