Koreans have various kinds of food made with cow tail or knee cartilage! But this was my first time having cow feet! Cow feet are one of the special parts of the cow, and they're good for your skin and health! It took me almost two days to prepare the dish, but after having it, I thought it was totally worth it! The texture was very chewy and springy! I think the texture of braised cow feet is similar to that of braised cow knee cartilage! It was a bit unfamiliar to me, but it was so tasty so I loved it.
