Planting Garlic Super Late

I normally plant garlic in November here in Central Virginia, USA. This past fall was so warm, then the holiday season kicked into full gear. And before I could plant the garlic bulbs, we had an unexpected 1-2 months of super cold weather, freezing the ground.
