Orthodox Christmas: Services held across globe including in Kyiv, Bethlehem, Moscow, Cairo

Christmas was marked across the Orthodox Christian world on Wednesday and Thursday (January 6,7). Here in Moscow a special midnight mass was held in the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. Head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill lead the mass, reciting a Christmas Eve liturgy, attended by hundreds of worshippers and the Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev.
