Fatal crash in Beaumont involving motorcycle

Press release from Beaumont Police Department On Sunday, 03/39/15 at 3:38 Pm. Beaumont Police officers responded to a Motor vehicle accident at the Intersection of Magnolia and Delaware. Upon arrival Officers located a Black, Yamaha Motorcycle laying in the middle of the intersection, and a Maroon Ford Taurus. The motorcycle's lone rider a Black Male was pronounced deceased at the scene and the five (two adults and three children) occupants in the Taurus were transported to the hospital by EMS. The Beaumont Police Traffic Unit spoke to witnesses at the scene. No other information at this time. The name of the deceased man has not been released.
