Donald Trump facing ‘very weak’ indictment

Former US national security adviser John Bolton says former president Donald Trump is facing a “very weak indictment”. Mr Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Mr Bolton said it is a “very sad day” and there is nothing to celebrate with the former president’s indictment. “I think (it’s) very susceptible to a competent defence attorney team’s motion to dismiss it before it even goes to trial,” he said.
