Recipe for Oats Banana Pancakes: Ingredients: 1 egg 1 overripe banana 1/2 cup oats 2 tbs cocoa powder whole walnut kernel Instructions: Step 1. Grind oats and cocoa powder with a pinch of salt into a coarse powder. Step 2. Mash an overripe banana using a fork or a masher so that it doesn't form any lumps. Step 3. Add the mashed banana along with an egg into the mixer jar to form a puree like consistency. Step 4. You could also add nuts of your choice, I added soaked walnuts. Step 5. Grind into a paste.not too runny or too thick. If needed add milk to adjust the consistency. Step 6. Grease the pan with some ghee or butter and pour your mixture. Cook the pancakes as per your desired shape. Voila!!! Tasty pancakes are ready to enjoy.
