Exercises for Pickleball (Elbow Rehab & Prehab)
Today's video covers exercises for pickleball that are designed to help you get rid of elbow pain or prevent elbow pain from occurring in the first place. Implementing these four strengthening exercises, will strengthen the flexor and extensor muscles and their tendons, which attach on the inside and outside of the elbow. These tendons are a very common source of pain in racket sports and incorporating these exercises 2-3 times per week can help keep your elbows strong and pain-free. My book has comprehensive rehab programs for pain that occurs on the outside (lateral epicondyalgia) and inside (medial epicondylagia) of the elbow. Each program guides you through three phases of rehab and has pictures of me doing all of the exercises.
