Puff Pastry Roses with Peach, Mango & Homemade Salted Caramel These Puff Pastry Roses with Peach, Mango & Homemade Salted Caramel are a stunning, sugar-free treat that looks fancy but is super easy to make. It’s the perfect dessert or a morning indulgence with coffee! Ingredients: • ½ package of puff pastry (ready-made) • 1 peach • ½ mango • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting • Homemade salted caramel (find the recipe in previous videos on my channel!) Instructions: 1. Prep the puff pastry: Thaw half a package of ready-made puff pastry. Roll it out slightly and cut it into 4 even strips. 2. Slice the fruit: Thinly slice the peach and half of a mango. 3. Assemble the roses: Lay the fruit slices with a slight overlap along each strip of puff pastry. If you want extra flavor, spread a layer of homemade salted caramel on the pastry before adding the fruit. 4. Fold and roll: Fold the pastry over the bottom of the fruit slices, then gently roll each strip into a rose shape. Secure with a toothpick if needed. 5. Bake: Place the roses into a baking tin or ring mold and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes, or until golden. 6. Finishing touches: Dust with powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!
