Professor Suttner weighs in on Phala Phala Farm robbery
The dominant political issue remains the 4 million U.S. dollars stolen on the 9th of February 2020 at President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala Farm in Limpopo. In some ways, the robbery reveals the problem of crime in South Africa. Professor Raymond Suttner suggests that one of the problems the State has is that Ramaphosa hasn't made a big enough change in the government. Professor Suttner explains.
