Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Rise of Tommy Vercetti In 1986, Tommy Vercetti, a loyal member of the Forelli crime family, is released from prison after serving fifteen years for a botched hit in Liberty City. With Diaz out of the picture, Tommy begins to consolidate power, expanding his criminal empire through real estate, illicit businesses, and strategic alliances. His growing independence frustrates Sonny, who demands his cut of the profits. Meanwhile, Lance grows increasingly unstable, feeling overshadowed and unappreciated.
