Place it in a pot of cold water and bring to boil for 1min. Drain and rinse clean. Set aside 3. Abalone/Dried scallops few pcs, soak till soft 4. Peppercorn little 5. Red dates few pcs, remove seeds 6. Goji berries few pcs 7. Water 1500ml Seasoning 1. Salt little Method 1. Place the pork ribs, dried scallops, peppercorns and water in a pot. Bring to boil. Then cover with lids and turn to low heat and simmer for 30min. 2. Add in old cucumber, goji berries and red dates and bring to boil. Then turn to low heat and simmer for 45-60min. Add salt to taste. 3.
