Rinse the quinoa thoroughly. 2. Cook it with water and salt over medium heat for about 20 minutes, or until fully absorbed. For the Crispy Lavash Bowl: β’ 1 lavash bread π β’ Olive oil π« β’ Black sesame seeds (optional, for garnish) β« β’ Paprika (optional, for extra flavor) πΆοΈ π₯ Instructions: 1. Brush the lavash generously with olive oil. 2. Place it in an oven-safe bowl or mold, trimming the edges if necessary. Secure the corners with toothpicks for a neat shape. 3.
