Destiny 2: Eater of Worlds Raid Lair - Secret Bonus Chest
To get this chest to spawn, you must fall through 6 vex gates so that they are blue. You will hear a noise that will notify you when you have done this for each gate. After you have fallen through all of the plates, the chest will spawn.
