Whoever comes to me, hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what he is like. He is like someone who builds a house. He dug deep and laid the foundation on a rock. When the flood came, the torrent rushed against that house, but could not shake it because it was well built. But whoever listens and does not put them into practice is like someone who built his house on the ground without a foundation.
