I'm speaking with Keelan Murray, from Belfast, Ireland. Now, most of you will have already seen Keelan's first interview, which we did back in May of 2023. You can watch that here: Ā Ā Ā ā€¢Ā Keelan'sĀ DepersonalizationĀ RecoveryĀ S...Ā Ā  But just to recap, Keelan is now 26 years old. His first experience with DPDR came about after a panic attack during a trip to Liverpool. What followed was an intense battle with daily panic attacks which resulted in Keelan feeling like he was a floating head, disconnected and like a ghost. Over the next 16 months Keelan frantically searched for a solution, worried that the condition might be permanent or that he might be going crazy. Fortunately, he made a complete recovery, which we discuss in the first interview. But I was thrilled when Keelan emailed recently me to say: "I just want to again thank you for everything you are doing. Iā€™ve stayed fully recovered and even though I endured some stressful times since last time we spoke, DPDR was never in the picture." I was delighted to hear this -- And I noted that now it's been about 2 years since Keelan fully recovered. And he has kindly agreed to do a follow-up interview to discuss what long term life after Depersonalization is really like.
