4 layer blending modes in Procreate that you should know about. #arttutorials #arttip #drawingtips
Save it so you don’t lose it 📌 if you want to know more about how I work with them, drop me a comment. I’ll try to make a long video for YouTube✨ 📌Multiply - for creating shadows in portraits and illustration. I only use light unsaturated shades to make the shadows look more natural. 📌Overlay - I prefer to use it for lighting effects and adding shades, but it can also be used for shadows. The main thing is to choose the right color for each task, as this mode can create a strong contrast. (Try to not overuse it) 📌Soft light - works the same way as Overlay, but more delicate. In this mode it is more convenient to apply light, as well as shadows and texture. 📌Color dodge - I use this mode at the final stages of work for lights, shining effects. In this mode you have to be careful with using very light shades - they can turn out “burned”. In this case, the situation can be corrected by reducing the transparency of the layer. The most important thing is to experiment with them and try to use them for different tasks. With practice they will be your best friends ✨ If you find it useful, support me with like❤️ Follow for more tip and tricks ✨ #digitalart #arttutorial #arttips #digitalarttutorial #digitalarttips #procreatetutorial #procreatetips #drawingtutorial #drawingtips #procreateart #digitalillustration #digitalillustration
