You don't need any equipment, and there are no repeats. _______________________________________________ Okay, so as some of you might know, I am working hard to get back to where I was on my fitness journey, so I definitely struggled with this ons. Actually I have come to the realization I am struggling with cardio in general. This one, I feel, is difficult, but do-able. It stills works and it is quick for those busy days, or if you want to get a quick burn in lunch or tea break. The routine is 5 minutes short, 10 exercises, 30 seconds each with no rest.
