SUBSCRIBE    / @grandmabessieshouse   SHARE VIDEO    • Oven Roasted SRIRACHA HONEY BUFFALO C...   OVEN ROASTED SRIRACHA HONEY BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER RECIPE nonstick spray 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp Creole seasoning 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3/4 cup milk (or milk substitute) 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets salt, to taste 1/8 cup Sriracha sauce 1/8 cup hot sauce 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 Tbsp honey 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large sheet pan with foil and spray it with nonstick spray. Set aside. 2. Whisk flour, garlic powder, paprika, Creole seasoning, pepper and milk (or substitute) in a large bowl. Add cauliflower florets and evenly coat them. Place coated cauliflower onto a sheet pan, stem side down. Sprinkle with salt (see NOTES). Bake in oven 15 minutes. 3. Remove from oven and spray cauliflower with nonstick spray. Roast in oven an additional 10 minutes. At this time, make sauce. In a bowl, whisk Sriracha sauce, hot sauce, vegetable oil and honey. Set aside. 4. Remove from oven. Evenly brush sauce over cauliflower. Allow cauliflower to rest 3 - 5 minutes. Serve immediately. NOTES 1. If you want extra crispy cauliflower, spray it with nonstick spray before you place into oven. Bake 25 minutes, then brush with sauce. If you have a fresh head of cauliflower, make this incredibly easy recipe. Just batter, bake and brush the cauliflower with the Sriracha Honey Buffalo Sauce and you have a great appetizer that both meat and nonmeat eaters will enjoy.
