Thank you ‪@Schaerglutenfree‬ for making my puff pastry dreams come true! * #scharpartner Ingredients: 1 package of Schär Gluten-Free Puff Pastry Sheets 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch slices 6 figs, cut into ½-inch slices 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped Honey Fresh thyme Egg wash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp water, whisked Directions: Unroll thawed Schär Gluten-Free Puff Pastry Sheets. Cut each sheet into 6 equal pieces then place each piece into a well-greased muffin tin cavity. Brush the puff pastry dough with your egg wash, then layer brie, figs, and walnuts on top and drizzle with honey. Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh thyme.
