We booked our Ilocos tour with B4Travel and Tours but I'm not sure if they offer the cheapest package so make sure to find the cheapest one! We stayed in Ilocos for 2 days and 1 night the rest of the days we stayed in Manila and went to Mall of Asia and Venice Grand Canal. Had a great time in Ilocos and Manila.
