The last full day of the stormy presidency of Donald Trump is ending as Joe Biden prepares for an inauguration like no other. In his farewell video, President Trump said that the movement he started is only just beginning. While Joe Biden used a speech in Delaware to look back too, as he said goodbyes to his home state before his flight to Washington.
