Healthy Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Pops😍 These have about 20g protein per serving! Such a yummy dessert or snack idea! • If you are looking for more healthy recipes, get my Ebooks which have 180 easy recipes, the link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com 🥰 • Ingredients for 3 servings: 1 cup full fat (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250 g) 6 tablespoons (vegan) chocolate protein powder 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder optional: 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup • toppings: 2 pieces 80% dark chocolate, melted handful of crushed peanuts, I used roasted & lightly salted • 1. Mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder and cacao powder together 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper and push popsicle sticks into each dollop 3. Let set in the freezer for 2-3 hours 4. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top and add crushed peanuts 5. Store in the freezer in air-tight containers. Let defrost 15 minutes before serving
