Paper Mario: The-Thousand Year Door Playthrough Part 34 (EXTRA #5 - 100% Complete Journal!)
To finish up this Playthrough, I made one more video dedicated to everything in the Journal, and I mean EVERYTHING. The Crystal Star entries, the map entries, every Badge, every Recipe, and the complete Tattle Log! The grind for the Badges and the Recipes actually wasn't as excrutiating as I thought it was gonna be. Recipes felt quicker to get than in Paper Mario on the Nintendo 64. For the badges, I had to go in and out of Rogueport a few times for some missing ones, but that wasn't too bad either! So with that, this game is absolutely 100% finished. This was my first time ever 100%ing The Thousand-Year Door and I have to say, it's still a fantastic game. The backtracking sucks, and there are a few slow parts here and there, but I think the game is still a massive step up from the original game in the combat department. While I still prefer 64 overall as an experience, I can definitely say TTYD has the more complex battle system. A question for the viewers: What's your favorite sequel to a video game? It can be any number in the series, not just the second game!
