Side Effects Demo - Gameplay - (No Commentary)

Welcome to the demo of Side Effects—a twisted turn-based medical trial where every pill you take could be your last. Two test subjects sit across the table; one survivor leaves. Every round you're given a selection of pills: some heal, some harm, and some bring instant death. Resist dropping to zero resistance or it’s game over. Between rounds you’ll experiment with items and treatments to tilt the odds—vaccines, mouth clamps, and more. It’s dark, psychological, and brilliantly simple in concept. In this video I run through the demo in silence—just raw gameplay, no commentary, showing how quickly the tension builds and how cruel this medical roulette really is.
