How to Make Perfect Carrot Halwa | Gajar ka Halwa Recipe | Step-by-Step Carrot Halwa Recipe
Welcome to My Best Kitchen! 🌸 Today, we’re bringing you a rich and delicious Carrot Halwa (Gajar ka Halwa) recipe that’s perfect for Eid and Ramzan celebrations! 🕌✨ This festive sweet is made with grated carrots, milk, ghee, sugar, and dry fruits — a heartwarming dessert that brings everyone together at the table. Whether you're celebrating with family or preparing a sweet surprise, this halwa will surely impress. ❤️ Cooking Steps: Step 1: Grate the Carrots Wash, peel, and grate fresh carrots. Use the medium side of a box grater or a food processor for ease. Step 2: Cook Carrots in Milk In a heavy-bottomed pan or kadhai, add grated carrots and pour in the milk. Cook on medium flame. Stir occasionally and let the carrots soften and milk reduce. This will take around 15–20 minutes. Step 3: Add Sugar & Cardamom Once the milk is almost absorbed, add sugar and cardamom. Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens again. Sugar will release some moisture, continue to stir. Step 4: Add Ghee & Nuts Add ghee and continue cooking until the halwa starts leaving the sides of the pan and becomes glossy. In a separate small pan, fry cashews, almonds, and raisins in a little ghee until golden. Step 5: Mix & Serve Add the roasted nuts and raisins to the halwa. Mix well and turn off the flame. #CarrotHalwa #GajarKaHalwa #EidSpecialRecipe #RamzanSweet #FestiveDessert #IndianSweets #MyBestKitchen #Ramzan2025 #EidCelebration #HalwaRecipe #QuickDesserts #homemadehalwa #EasySweetRecipe #RamzanDesserts #IndianFestivals #SweetTreats #traditionalrecipe Don’t forget to Like, Comment, and Subscribe to My Best Kitchen for more festive recipes! 🔔 Hit the bell icon for daily cooking inspiration.
