RECIPE: No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Ingredients: 2 cans of cherry pie filling 3 cups of graham cracker crumbs 4 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 cup of butter, melted 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3/4 cup sugar 1 (8oz) tub of Cool Whip Directions: 1.) In a 13x9" pan stir together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. The crust will be crumbly and only slightly moist. Press the mixture down with the back of a measuring cup until lightly packed. Set the pan in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. 2.) In a medium-sized bowl, use an electric hand mixer to combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended. Add the Cool Whip and mix on low until smooth. 3.) Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust. This step can be tricky because the cream cheese mix will be thick but worth the messiness. 4.) Pour the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture. Spread. 5.) Cover the pan with cling wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
