Tilapia with Arugula, Capers, and Tomatoes | Everyday Food with Sarah Carey

Whenever I get the chance to enjoy a grown-up dinner without the kids (ha!) I whip up this dish. It only requires one pan (who wants to waste valuable adult time doing dishes?) and uses one of my all-time favorite ingredients -- capers.
