Common causes of low BP of less than 90/60 mm of Hg are meds , infections , sepsis, weak heart , dehydration or malnutrition. Any blood loss or shock could also lead to low BP. It can be treated by increasing salt and water , adjusting BP meds and by treating underlying causes.
