Morning's Thief Geyser (2019) (HD)

------------------- Morning’s Thief Geyser (2019) Geysers are hot springs that episodically erupt columns of water. They occur in few places on Earth. The highest concentration of geysers anywhere is at the Yellowstone Hotspot Volcano in northwestern Wyoming, USA. Morning’s Thief is a moderately large, fountain-type geyser in the Fountain Group of Yellowstone’s Lower Geyser Basin. It is located next to the northeastern corner of Morning Geyser, the largest geyser in the area. Morning’s Thief typically erupts during the early part of Fountain Geyser eruptions, which last about a half-hour. However, not all Fountain eruptions are accompanied by Morning’s Thief activity. In 2019, Morning’s Thief sometimes started erupting before Fountain. Eruptions vary in height and are short in duration - less than 1 minute. Filmed from the Fountain Group boardwalk.
