Last night’s dinner was delicious! After fasting for 24 hours and a busy day it was my only meal of the day. #wholefoods and all homemade with herbs and spices. Beef dripping on the homemade sweet potato 🍠 chips very tasty and adding some glycogen repenishment after my live and online class. Using the halloumi instead of bread is a staple for this homemade dish. I cooked the sweet potatoes in the air fryer but you can use the oven. Burgers cooked in the oven but you could use the grill. No counting calories here just focus on hormone balance (#insulin} to help me stay in a fat burning state and feeding the gut {#guthealth #serotonin).
