400 Yards 300 Win Mag with Reduced loads Aug 2 2009

Shooting these Reduced Loads to 400 Yards on 24x24" steel. Loads 150 gr about 1990 fps. Cheaper for reloads (about $6 per box) and this is the only Centrefire Bolt Gun I have so far. Using the large plate allows a little leeway when learning the effects of wind. Shots are falling within about 4-6 inches of each other. Using the least expensive bullets I could find Winchester Power Point 150 gr (17.99/100) and they seem to be about 1.5 moa. Sierra 150 gr HPBT Match with this same load are about .8 moa but $43/100 here.
