Crispy Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Wings & Fries Macros per serving (8 servings): • 590 Calories • 56g Protein Ingredients For the Wings • 2,250g skinless chicken drumsticks • 1 tsp onion powder • 2 tsp olive oil • 16g cornstarch • 2 tsp paprika (split into 1 tsp each) • 1 tsp garlic powder • 2 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp chili powder • ½ tsp baking powder For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce • 2 tsp salt • 300g nonfat Greek yogurt • 20ml garlic paste • 20g Parmesan cheese • 20g fresh garlic, minced • 45ml light butter • 75ml buttermilk For the Fries • 2,000g golden potatoes • 1.5 tbsp salt Instructions 1. Prepare the Fries 1. Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. 2. Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender. 3. Drain and let them dry completely. 2. Prepare the Wings 1.
