Big and Fluffy CRANBERRY SCONES RECIPE (scones that are not dry!)

Get ready to indulge in the fluffiest and most delicious cranberry scones EVER! In this video, I’m sharing my basic scone recipe which you can totally customize to make all different scone flavors: lemon blueberry, cinnamon apple, cranberry Orange, pecan, chocolate chip!! This is a super easy recipe that you can make year round with and for your friends and family! Simply Health With Marissa Cookbook: https://amzn.to/3x4udrc FULL RECIPE: Dry Ingredients: 1 & 1/2 cups freshly milled flour (soft white wheat berries) 1/2 cup organic unbleached all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons coconut sugar 2 tablespoons cold butter; cut into little pieces. Mix together flours, baking powder, salt, and coconut sugar. Then use your hands to work in the butter. Wet Ingredients: 1 egg 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 3/4 cup & 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk 1 teaspoon almond extract Mix all ingredients together Then mix wet and dry ingredients together using a spatula until just blended. Then add in 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Use the spatula to gently fold in the dried cranberries. Cover the dough with a damp towel or plastic wrap and refrigerate the dough for ~30 minutes. Lightly flour work surface. Pat the dough until 1/2 - 1 inch in thickness. Flour your choice of cookie cutter and press down firmly. Give it a little wiggle or shake to separate it from the surrounding dough and remove from cookie cutter and place scone on the cookie sheet. Repeat this process until all dough has been used. You’ll need to take the scrapes and reform it into a ball and pat down again. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for ~15 minutes. (Time will depend on thickness - keep an eye on it). They should look slightly golden brown on the bottom. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then dig in!! Store in a freezer safe bag for up to 3 weeks!
