6 Habits That Are Limiting Your Progress In The Gym...
STOP THESE 6 HABITS ↓ Number 4 is key 🔑 1. Procrastination: Skipping training and saying “I’ll do it tomorrow”. Don’t allow yourself to question if you are going to train today, if your plan says you are, then that’s what you do (with the exception of resting injuries for example). 2. Fear of Failure: Avoiding challenging sessions due to fear of failure. Accept that failure is part of the process, and that the only way to improve is to push yourself beyond what was previously possible for you. 3. Perfectionism: Aiming for perfection in your training, preventing you from taking action. Stop seeking perfection - simply do the best you can at all times and improve as you go. 4. Lack of Consistency: Nothing else matters if you cannot consistently stick to a training or nutrition plan. Day to day, it’s unlikely you will recognise results. You need to trust the process and understand that in several weeks/months, there will be a noticeable difference if you continue to put the work in. 5. Lack of Accountability: Shifting responsibility onto external factors rather than taking ownership. Understand that you are in complete control of your life. Yes, there will be factors outside of your control, but you are responsible for how you deal with them. 6. Comfort Zone Reliance: Avoiding discomfort and sticking solely to familiar routines. Nothing changes if nothing changes. If you want to improve, you need to get comfortable being uncomfortable. If you can remove these habits from your life, making progress will become much more attainable.
