Once just incorporated, switch to hook attachment and knead for 7-8 minutes. 3. Transfer to lightly oiled bowl and rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hrs. 4. Punch dough down and divide into two pieces. Shape each piece into a 12-inch circle then place on a tray lined with parchment. 5. Cover and let rise again, about 30-45 mins. Towards end of rise, preheat oven to 450F. Toppings β β’ Vegan mozzarella β’ Vegan cheddar cheese β’ Tomato sauce β’ Red onion, sliced β’ Roasted tomatoes β’ Italian seasoning, to taste β’ Salt & pepper, to taste 1. Assemble toppings on risen crust. Smear on tomato sauce then layer with cheddar cheese, mozzarella, onions, tomatoes, then finish with seasonings. 2. Optional step β combine 2 Tbsp oat milk with maple syrup. Warm in microwave for 30 secs then brush onto crust. This will help it brown. 3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Remove and serve into 8 slices. #sourdoughpizza #sourdoughdiscard #veganpizza #cheesepizza ##margheritapizza #pizzarecipe
