Here’s how to make this halftone dotted text in Photoshop!

Create a text layer and a white background. Duplicate the text layer and add a Field Blur to it. Add blur between letters. Reduce the layer opacity. Select all of the layers and merge them. Go to Pixelate and add a Color Halftone with these settings. Now, invert our layer and add a new layer with a gradient you like. Set the suitable blending mode. You can also add a slight halftone to the gradient or texture on top. Your dotted text is ready!
