TODAYS SESSION: LOOK AFTER YOUR FEET. Gospel for any runner or walker. This nice foot and ankle mobility flow requires no props. You just need to be barefoot on a mat or soft grass and you are ready to go. If you are someone that has suffered foot/ankle/lower limb injuries caused by stiff joints and tight muscles, this sequence is perfect to add to your routine. We flow through the calves, achilles, foot & ankle joints in a variety of positions using body weight as over pressure to deepen the stretches.
