Ingredients: 1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight) 6 green chilies 1-inch ginger 4 garlic cloves 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 cup grated carrot Few curry leaves 3 spoons corn flour Salt to taste Oil for shallow frying Instructions: Soak the chickpeas 4hrs and drain the water. Blend them coarsely in a mixer with ginger, garlic, green chilies, cumin, and salt. Add grated carrot, chopped curry leaves, and corn flour to the mixture and mix well. Heat a pan with a little oil. Shape small patties and shallow fry them until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with Ketchup or Curd a dip of your choice.
